  • Brad Franta, Chief Executive Officer/Partner

    Mr. Franta brings over 20 years of leadership and finance experience. Previously President of both a regional and national bank corporation, Mr. Franta joined Client Services, Inc. in 2002 as Chief Financial Officer and assumed the CEO position in early 2009 succeeding original founder John Kastner. Mr. Franta received his MBA in Marketing and Finance from DePaul University in Chicago.

  • Ron H. Langford, President/Partner

    Ron Langford/President of Client Services, Inc. succeeded the Company’s original founder and Chairman John Kastner. Mr. Langford was promoted to COO in 2002 assuming the responsibility governing all operational strategies at CSI -from corporate development and operational excellence, to creating a global footprint in multiple markets. A 25 year veteran, Langford has led CSI’s drive to engage the marketplace and redefine our quintessential standard of performance. Mr. Langford’s values of steadfast dedication to a stringent work ethic and achieving operational excellence have motivated the foundation of progressive growth behind Client Services, Inc. continued success.

  • Scott Lindley, Executive Vice President/Partner

    A graduate of Indiana State University and an 18 year industry veteran, Mr. Lindley’s leadership and guidance has helped shape CSI into what you see today. He currently oversees the company’s national marketing strategy & brand, new client acquisition, expansion and integrated marketing strategies designed to reach business customers Nationwide. His primary responsibilities also include recruitment, operations and strategic planning.

  • Dan Phlipot, President/Managing Partner CMS Division

    Mr. Phlipot has over 28 years of leadership experience in the revenue management and call center industry. Prior to joining Client Services in 2001 as Vice President of Operations, Dan spent 20 years with one of the country’s largest organizations where he directed the First Party Division. He brings a creative and analytical approach to problem solving at CMS. His quantitative expertise has led Dan to direct all operations, strategic planning and business development for Consumer Marketing Services.

  • John Kastner, Jr., Vice President Operations/Partner

    Mr. Kastner is a graduate of Missouri State University. He has over 16 years in the industry independently managing multiple clients and developing critical to quality tactics for special projects. Experienced in the macroeconomic facets of the industry, Mr. Kastner’s primary responsibilities include corporate relations, strategic planning and operations.

  • Jeff Kastner, Vice President Operations/Partner

    A graduate of Missouri State University, Mr. Kastner is the model of the success hard work and training accomplishes. Having joined Client Services, Inc. in 1992, Jeff learned the operations from the ground floor up. Mr. Kastner applies his years of experience in the industry to formulate the critical to quality elements in achieving peak performance.

  • Don Funke, Assistant Vice President/Partner

    A staple to Client Services, Inc., Mr. Funke joined the corporation in 1988. Established as a recognized industry expert, Mr. Funke provides the operational flexibility essential for dynamic results predicated by his history managing one of the world’s largest finance companies. With over a quarter century of proven performance, Mr. Funke’s continues to broaden his influence through managing our comprehensive training and development program and driving performance for multiple clients in the financial industry.

  • Jerry Petersen, Assistant Vice President/Partner

    Mr. Petersen began his career as an intern at one of the largest corporations in the country. Upon graduating from Missouri Baptist College, Petersen began his career at Client Services, Inc. in 1991 and has emerged as a pivotal partner essential to the continued success of the corporation. Mr. Petersen’s primary responsibilities include strategic planning, operational excellence and compliance to key performance indicators for CSI’s extensive client portfolio.

  • Mont Little, Chief Information Officer

    Mr. Little joined Client Services, Inc. in 2005, bringing more than 27 years of leadership and technology experience to his position as Chief Information Officer. Previously, he held positions as Senior Vice President, Vice President and Chief Information Officer with national and international Fortune 100 financial services corporations. Mr. Little received his BA in Mathematics from Drury University and an MS in Computer Science from Webster University in St. Louis.

  • Michael L. Basso, Corporate Treasurer

    Bringing more than 20 years of leadership and financial accounting experience, Mr. Basso has held such positions as Chief Financial Officer for a privately held firm and Corporate Controller for a publicly traded national corporation.  His previous experience includes public accounting, software development, facility management, coordination of a successful IPO of a telecommunications services provider.  His primary responsibilities include treasury, financial reporting and analysis, forecasting, overseeing accounting operations, risk management and corporate taxes.  Mr. Basso holds a Masters of Science degree in Business Management from Maryville University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration majoring in accounting from the University of Missouri in St. Louis.
