Over 23 years, we have mastered the operational needs necessary to ensure FDCPA compliance. We have a dedicated Quality Assurance staff specific to subrogation and a recording system that documents ALL inbound and outbound consumer interactions.
State Law Compliance
State laws governing subrogation are hard coded into our CUBS system and are accessible in real time from a specialist’s desk. State laws specific to a state associated with a claim require a mandatory review with manual acknowledgment prior to a specialist working the claim.
Statute of Limitation Compliance
CUBS is programmed so that when claims are entered, it will recognize the Statute of Limitations (SOL) based on the State of Loss, Date of Loss, and Type of Claim. These indicators are the driving force behind ensuring that CSI is compliant with all applicable SOL.
Dispute Management is based on adherence to protocol customizable by your company. CSI will create action codes to the preset procedural guidelines on managing consumer disputes. All disputed claims automatically go into a hold status until the dispute is resolved.
