Client Services, Inc. (CSI) provides two levels of Litigation Services:  Litigation Management and Litigation Monitoring.

Part of being a full service provider is to have the ability to handle your subrogation claim from start to finish.   CSI provides that level of service.  We have the experienced staff and a nationwide network of attorneys to manage your claims through the legal process. 

CSI will work with your organization to establish specific claim criteria, which will identify those claims that should move to litigation when other means of recovery have been exhausted.  Our staff will carefully review each potential litigation claim to ensure it meets the established criteria and that evidence is sufficient to support your case.  Once assigned to our attorney network, CSI will ensure the prompt handling of the claim and work with the attorneys to make certain cost containment is a top priority. CSI handles all phone hearings and arbitrations removing this responsibility from your staff. 

CSI has established specific benchmarks with our attorneys to make all reasonable efforts to bring the claim to a conclusion within 120 days. Once a recovery is secured, CSI ensures the prompt transfer of funds to your office.

The litigation process can often take months and even years for a claim to be fully resolved.  Even after the attorney obtains judgment there is likely to be ongoing recovery. For this reason, it is difficult for a busy claims or subrogation office to keep tabs on the attorneys handling your claims.  This can lead to poor liquidation results as cases linger for months with little or no follow up. Additionally, you may not be receiving recovered funds in a timely manner.
