John L. Kastner, President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Kastner is the founder of Client Services, Inc. and brings over 25 years of leadership and collections experience to the business. His previous experience with a large, multi-office, national collection agency includes positions as Operations Manager, Regional Manager, and National Operations Manager.

Julie L. Shine, Secretary / Treasurer
Ms. Shine brings over 20 years of detail-oriented experience to the company.  Prior to becoming a partner of Client Serives, Inc., Ms. Shine held positions in Marketing Support as well as Senior Office Administrator.  Her primary responsibililties include overseeing the bookkeeping and administration departments.

Brad Franta, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Franta joined Client Services, Inc. in 2002 as its Chief Financial Officer, bringing more than 19 years of leadership and finance experience. Previously, he held positions as Vice President and President with regional and national bank corporations. Mr. Franta received his MBA from DePaul University in Chicago.

Ron H. Langford, Chief Operations Officer
Mr. Langford brings 20 years of leadership experience in this industry. Prior to joining Client Services, Inc. in 1999, Mr. Langford worked for one of the five largest agencies in the industry as the National Operations Coordinator for its largest client. His current responsibilities include strategic planning and operations.

Rick Rowe, Senior Vice President of Operations, Customer Care
Mr. Rowe has worked in the Customer Care Arena for 25 years. Previously, he was a Corporate Officer with a major airline, responsible for both inbound and outbound programs and, prior to joining Client Services, he was CEO of a major outsourcing Company. He has been responsible for integrating numerous third party outsourcing operations and Customer Care programs.

Mont Little, Chief Information Officer
Mr. Little joined Client Services, Inc. in 2005, bringing more than 22 years of leadership and technology experience to his position as Chief Information Officer. Previously, he held positions as Senior Vice President, Vice President and Chief Information Officer with national and international Fortune 100 financial services corporations. Mr. Little received his MS in Computer Science from Webster University in St. Louis.
