Our Consumer Affairs Rapid Response department was created with the sole purpose of proactively addressing and resolving consumer concerns company-wide to further empower consumers regarding their rights, complaints, employee ethics and overall service.
Each of our employees undergoes extensive on-going training and testing regarding the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and strict adherence to individual state and federal laws. Along with nearly a million dollars of investment in a state-of-the-art recording system and a dedicated in-house Quality Assurance team, self-regulation and compliance to our code of ethics is a core component of what sets Client Services, Inc. apart from other organizations in our industry.
